Le Ala Development Trust was established by local community leaders who saw the need for stronger support, greater opportunities, and culturally grounded programmes for our families in Tokoroa.

Rooted in Samoan and Pacific values, our Trust exists to serve children, youth, and families through initiatives that strengthen education, culture, wellbeing, and community connection.

We believe real impact begins at the grassroots level - by creating safe spaces, supporting working families, and investing in the next generation of our people.
